Account Ledger : Betty DeLauter, Farmers Bank of Salamonia, Indiana

Betty DeLauter, account no. 90; Depositor Account Ledgers, unpaginated; Farmers Bank of Salamonia

Account ledger of Betty DeLauter, Sheet No. 1 Book No. 90; January 12, 1929 to January 1, 1932.  Balance $ 3.95.  Father's Name : Norval DeLauter.

In the 1930 census of Madison Township, Jay County, Indiana, I found Betty enumerated in the Norval DeLauter household1. Her age was 2 years and 11 months. Her father, Norval, was a 25 year old farmer and her mother, Mary, was 21 years old.  A sister, Mary, age 1 year 2 months, was also living in the household.

Norval DeLauter married Mary Olive Wehrly, daughter of Alva Monroe & Emma C. (Yaeger) Wehrly on September 18, 1926 in Jay County, Indiana2.  Norval was the son of Otto DeLauter and Pearl May Ehrhart.

This item was part of the loose records of the Farmers Bank of Salamonia, Indiana (Jay County) that I obtained at an auction in 2011.
